1. What is your MOQ?
The minimum order quantity is 3000 pieces per color. However, we welcome you to try a lower MOQ of 100 pieces for initial orders. Please inform us of your specific requirements for a detailed cost calculation.
2. Can I get samples?
Yes. We usually provide stock samples for free. Custom designs require a sample fee, which is refundable once the order reaches a certain quantity. We ship via FedEx, UPS, TNT, or DHL (approx. 2-4 days).
3. How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-4 days. For custom designs, it typically takes 4-10 days depending on the complexity of the design.
4. How long is the production lead time?
Quantities within 100K pieces take approximately 30-35 days. For products with a low MOQ of 500 pieces, we can often provide them within 15 days.
5. How many colors are available?
We use Pantone color codes for precise matching. You can provide your required Pantone code, or we can recommend popular trending colors for your market.
6. What is your payment term?
Our standard terms are TT (30% deposit and 70% against copy of BL). We also accept L/C at sight.
