Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For the first order, we do not require an MOQ. From the next order, the MOQ is 20 units. You can mix many models in one container to support business growth.
How can I get a sample and what is the cost?
We prepare samples within 5-7 days. The sample cost and postage will be refunded once a 40HQ container order is placed.
What are your accepted terms of payment?
We currently accept TT (Telegraphic Transfer) payments or Western Union for your convenience.
How long does the cargo delivery take?
It typically takes around 5 to 15 days to complete the full production cycle for your delivery.
Do you provide a warranty for the chairs?
Yes, as a quality-focused factory, we provide a 2-3 years' guarantee for the whole product, and a 5-year warranty for key components like the base and gas lift.
