What are the trade terms?
Basically we ship in FOB, but other solutions are available if you have special requirements.
What is the product warranty?
We provide a 2-year quality warranty for our products.
What are the payment terms?
1. T/T 30% deposit upon order confirmation and balance T/T 70% before shipment. 2. Irrevocable L/C at sight.
What is the delivery time?
Generally, it takes about 14-21 days for standard orders. Customized orders take about 5-7 weeks depending on quantity and items.
Can I get a sample before a mass order?
Yes, we offer samples at the basic cost of production. The sample cost will be returned when a mass order is placed.
Are products tested for safety and environmental protection?
Absolutely. All products are in compliance with SGS standards and certificates are available upon request.
