How can I purchase your goods?
Please send us an inquiry with the item numbers and quantities you need. We will provide a direct quotation and assist with the ordering process as quickly as possible.
What is the standard lead time for production?
Typically, production takes between 40 to 55 days depending on the order volume. If materials for specific models are in stock, we may be able to expedite delivery.
Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. After confirming the design, we can send samples via courier (FedEx, UPS, DHL). Small items may be provided free of charge, while larger furniture items require a sample fee, which can be credited back upon placing a bulk order.
What are the available payment terms?
Our standard terms are a 30% T/T deposit before production and the 70% balance upon receipt of the Bill of Lading copy. We also accept L/C at sight and other common payment methods.
Is it possible to inspect the quality before delivery?
Absolutely. You are welcome to visit our production facility personally or appoint a third-party inspection company to verify the quality of the goods before they are shipped.
Do you participate in international trade exhibitions?
Yes, we regularly attend major industry exhibitions such as the Canton Fair and Jinhan Fair in April and October each year to showcase our latest vintage furniture collections.
